Abstract

The wear resistance tests of electroless Ni-P coating which was treated at several different temperatures were studied, and the wear resistance mechanism of E-Ni-P coating was discussed. The results indicate that the hardness of Ni-P coating is the highest with 400°C heat treatment, and the best effect of wear resistance is 600°C heat treatment.
