Abstract

This paper introduces, in the first place, the overall frame of the fault diagnosis expert system for the secondary power supply of a missile system, explaining the function of every part and proposes a few tactics about the making of the system on the base of the author's experiences. Then, the method, by which we build the knowledge bases that include fuzzy relation matrix and rules, is illustrated. The system adopts a new inference mechanism, which combines fuzzy inference with rule inference, and makes good use of the advantage of the two methods, Lastly, a concrete diagnostic instance is given.
