Abstract

Magnesium-based hydrogen storage alloy is one of the promising hydrogen storage materials. It is easily eroded in the alkaline liquid and therefore its cycle performance is even worse, which limited its practical application in the nickel-metal hydride battery. Consequently, making use of different methods to improve its performances becomes a research hotspot at present. This thesis mainly summarizes some methods used to improve the cycle performance.
