Abstract

Through DSC and film curing method as well as theoretical analysis, it is found that the pore problem during curing process of GAP low-oxygen propellant is due to the structure of GAP and existence of ammonium perchlorate (AP). The problem can be resolved by choosing proper curing catalysts, or adding 3‰-5‰ (mass content) resorcin, or coating AP and so on.
