Abstract

In this study, we inquired about the composition and efficacy of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules, searched for relevant information using databases, obtained the action targets through TCMSP database and scored them, screened the bipolar disorder related targets in OMIM database, and finally constructed the target network by using String and Cytoscape, imported into Metascape, performed the KEGG analysis and visualization. The results showed that the key genes of bipolar disorder were CSRNP3, PIK3R1, RNF115, NRIP3, KIF3A, DYNC1LI1, PCMT1, CHL1, SLC25A32, SEH1L, COPS4, ARVCF, EPN1, RTEL1, PTOV1-AS2, GUCA2A, EPHB4. We also mined each active ingredient of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granule and constructed a network for further enrichment and elaboration, and obtained the key targets CASP3, PTGS2, PPARG, NOS3, and the key pharmacological active ingredient J1 (Stigmasterol), J6 (Quercetin) explaining the molecular mechanism of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granule in the treatment of bipolar affective disorders.
