Abstract
People working indoors often respond very differently to levels of thermal comfort in the office, which is directly related to health and work efficiency. Up to now, the dilemma of thermal comfort for all and energy efficiency in the process remains unsolved. A local dynamic thermal comfort model is established in this paper based on the CFD software. Local parameters are designated and all-around measuring & control system in office designed. An all-around control strategy measuring the index for indoor thermal comfort of different levels is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can meet most people's requirement in office for thermal comfort and reduce energy consumption.
