Abstract
The characteristics of output voltage of electric vehicle's driving motor controller are analyzed. The error compensation voltage caused by dead-time is researched. Sampling rate for measuring PWM waveform of driving motor on test bench is determined according to the bandwidth of the error compensation voltage. Data loss problems occurred frequently in high-speed acquisition is avoided by using this method, and a data acquisition system is realized. Experimental results show that this system can capture the PWM waveform of motor controller accurately.
