Abstract

This paper studied the synergism effect between IFR and metallic compounds. The Cone calorimeter was used to discuss the flame retardant of IFR. Through SEM, the char layer was analyzed. The results demonstrate that ZB, ZEO and MgO can help the IFR to increase the flame retardant of system. But CuCl has antagonism effect on system.
