Abstract
This paper proposes a method to design the flapped fin service system using the H∞ control theory. The problems are solved that the flapped fin service system doesn't match the H∞ control theory because of the characteristics of flapped fin service system. At the same time, a new method is proposed to solve the problem of H∞ disturbance restrain.
