Abstract

The embedded real-time operation system was introduced, which was into the study of high pressure common rail fuel injection system. Using the real-time multitask operation system OSEKWorks not only effectively improved the efficiency of software development but also improved the quality and reliability of the developed software. Using the proper partition of task and scheduling mechanism based on priority improved the efficiency of CPU, insured the need of real-time capability of electronic control fuel injection system and improved the transient response of diesel engines. The experiment proved that introducing multi-task real-time operation system into high-pressure common rail electronic control fuel injection system was the key technique that can insure the system running accurately and reliably.
