N2 - Ergonomics and preliminary ergonomics regions under hypoxic environment were investigated objectively. From the biological point of view, ergonomics and preliminary ergonomics regions under hypoxic environment were evaluated respectively according to the results of behavioral appearance, physiological and biochemical indices of rat model. The effects of hypoxia on electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration, blood oxygen saturation, lactic acid of rat model were analyzed at various concentrations of oxygen, such as 20.9%, 18%, 15%, 12%, 10%, 8% and 6% O2. The results showed that oxygen concentration of 20.9% was the optimal ergonomics value, 20.9%~15% O2, 15%~10% O2, 10%~8% O2, 8% O2 or less were regarded as the warrant, tolerance, limit and critical region respectively.
