Abstract

With magnetic field and high-frequency group pulse, the experimental methods and mechanisms of electrochemical finishing have been investigated. Using the high-frequency group pulse power, an equipment that different magnetic field intensity can be imposed on the workpiece through it was invented. In the experiment, the influence of different magnetic field intensity has been studied. With some orthogonal experiments, the interaction influence of multiple parameters to the finishing has been investigated and proved. By analyzing the experimental results, It can be concluded that the high-frequency group pulse current produced a specific magnetic field and it affected the result. In the experiment, the Ra is influenced by both of the two magnetic field.
