Abstract
The equation of state for detonation products is the key and difficult points of research on the detonation theory of condensed explosives. The explosion experiment of aluminized explosives in concrete and the cylinder tests are performed in order to obtain Jones-Wilkins-Lee (JWL) equation of state with secondary reactions for aluminized explosives (80%RDX/15%Al/5%wax). According to the relationship between tube wall velocity and time, the parameters of classic JWL equation of state are obtained by means of numerical simulation and experimentation. The parameters of reaction rate equation of aluminum are determined on the basis of the radius and depth of crater. At last, the JWL equation of state with secondary reactions is acquired.
