Abstract

Aiming at the ship curve block scheduling problem with spatio-temporal coupling, the spatial scheduling method based on virtual flow style was proposed to make full use of field resources. Through analyzing the curve block features of irregular shape, spatio-temporal dual holding and virtual flow production, the general framework of curve block spatial scheduling was constructed. The scheduling method combined virtual flow style with spatial scheduling was proposed, and the mechanism by linking production order with spatial scheduling was formed, which could solve the production sequence problem. The spatial layout method for curve block was given by combining the collision test with optimal screen was given. The allocation method of human resource based on virtual flow style was obtained to realize workers transfer among dedicated work station. The instance of curve example was developed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
