Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate the simultaneous coherent optical transmission of OFDM-256QAM and OFDM-512QAM signals based on 1-bit BP-DSM, with BERs of both signals below the HD-FEC threshold of 3.8e-3 after 20 km SMF-28 transmission.
