N2 - The Flyer-type Micro Explosive Train can achieve reliable initiation and detonation in a small space at low firing energy, and has become a research hotspot in advanced detonation technology, gradually becoming the main focus in fuze technology research. This paper based on the current MEMS technology requirements for micro explosive train, low-energy initiation, and reliable detonation under micro-scale charges, addresses the unclear acceleration and attenuation patterns of micro-charged flyer in the flyer-type micro explosive train within the acceleration chamber. It carries out the design and study of energy matching between micro-charge-driven flyer detonation and the next-stage explosive. A simulation model of Cu(N3)2 driven flyer is established to analyze the acceleration and attenuation patterns of flyer of different sizes under various driving conditions in the acceleration chamber, as well as the factors affecting flyer velocity and kinetic energy. The simulation results are also analyzed for reasonableness using the Gurney theory model. The study shows that titanium is the optimal material for flyer, with an optimal Cu(N3)2 charge thickness of 0.7mm and an optimal acceleration chamber and charge diameter of Φ1.0mm, which improves the detonation reliability of the flyer-type micro explosive train.
