Abstract

Based on the analysis of the truck dispatching system in the large surface mine, a dynamic simulation to the truck dispatching system was designed and a new method of simulation and modeling was proposed with the help of Extend. Then, the idea and the process of simulation and modeling were described. Meanwhile, three most important performance parameters, which are used to evaluate the truck dispatching system of surface mine, were proposed and applied to the simulation of the system. The reasonability and validity of the simulation system are testified by simulation results.
