Simulation and experimental research on air suspension couch height control

Abstract

Based on dynamic equations of couch single-axle air suspension, co-simulation model including air spring module was established with MATLAB/Simulink and DSHplus. Experiments of air spring and air intake and exhaust electromagnetic valves were designed and carried out, in order to get key parameters. In accordance with the co-simulation model, PID height controller was completed. The simulation results showed that the controller had a quick response and had no overshoot .Based on the single-axle sir suspension test vehicle, experiments were carried out with the controller, the results showed that it had a short reflecting time and adjusted precisely.
