Abstract

The basic principle of the micro quartz tune gyro and the method to detect the signal of the gyro are described simply. Furthermore, according to the correlation detection principle, we design the driving and detecting circuit for the quartz tune which is developed by ourselves. At last, the testing result and the analysis are given.
