Abstract
This paper presents a three-level schema integration architecture which consists of local schemas, mapped schemas, and a global schema, for global multidatabase systems, And schema mapping rules, merging and restructuring rules are also presented in the paper for mapping local schemas into mapped schemas and for merging and restructuring the mapped schemas to get a final global schema.
