Abstract

The operating principles and characteristics for SAW RFID passive tags will re viewed. The experimental results of the SAW tags will be presented; 434 MHz and 915 MHz, the capability of the code>1000, the operate distance 0.5-5 m. Some key technologies in develop ing SAW tags are discussed.
