Abstract

Researchers presented a roll-to-roll hot pressing method for mass production of MOFilters. They applied this strategy to five commercially available, cheap, and flexible substrates and three different MOF systems. They also extended this strategy to a layer-by-layer fashion, producing seven cycles of ZIF-8 coating on plastic mesh. The obtained MOFilters showed excellent performance in particulate matter (PM) removal with high robustness under desired working temperatures.
