Abstract
The process of weapon system development is affected by many uncertain factors and fraught with risks. The overall risk of weapon equipment development project is evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models. A risk evaluation index system is constructed, and an integrative evaluation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models combined with analytic hierarchy process is proposed.
