Abstract
After careful and considered review of the peer review process for this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this article has been found to be in violation of IEEEs Publication Principles. The article did not meet IEEE requirements for independent peer review prior to acceptance. Therefore, IEEE has retracted the content of this article from Xplore. When contacted, the authors did not respond. This retraction notice replaces the following Expression of Concern, posted on November 19, 2024: This is a temporary expression of concern related to Lili Fan, Changxian Zeng, Zonglin Meng, Xin Xia, Yuhang Liu, JiaqiMa, and Fei-Yue Wang, A Secured Vehicle Brain: DAO-Based Collaborative Perception and DecisionMaking Systems for Intelligent Vehicles in CPSS, in IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles. After publication, IEEE learned this article may be in violation of IEEE's Publication Principles as it did not meet IEEEs requirements for independent peer review prior to acceptance. The article is under investigation by a duly constituted expert committee and this note will remain appended to the article until the review process is complete.
