Abstract

According to the signal processing principle of interrupted continuous-wave radar homing head and the interference principle of towed decoy, a long-term coherent integration method is proposed for resolving the target and towed decoy in the Doppler frequency domain. Instead of the Fourier transform, the method uses the FrFT (fractional Fourier transform) for Doppler processing which is less vulnerable to the radial acceleration. The least waveform entropy criterion is also proposed to give a more robust estimation of the FrFT order. Some computer simulation results are presented which illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
