Abstract

As an important micro power supply, all solid-state thin film lithium battery which has a very high specific capacity and good cycle performance is attracting more and more attention. The research progresses in the all solid-state thin film lithium battery are reviewed in this paper. The preparation technology and development actualities of the positive material thin film are presented respectively, and the future development of the all solid-state thin film lithium battery is also expected.
