abstract = "In order to meet the automatic assembly requirements of large-size and large-torque threaded connection workpieces such as oil pipes and ammunition, a fuzzy prediction model for thread tightening is established by selecting tightening torque and rotation angle as characteristic quantities, and a new automatic tightening control method for large-torque threads is proposed. At the same time, an automatic tightening device for large torque threaded workpieces is designed for experimental verification. It has been proved that the method can meet the functional requirements of automatic screwing of large torque threads, the screwing torque of threads can reach 2320Nm, the screwing process is stable and reliable, and has great engineering application value.",
