Abstract

In the low-load area to determine conditions of low load control line can provide strong support to the total energy distribution and more precise torque control, and the intersection of the low-load control lines and zero-torque line is the starting point of low load state line. The zero torque point, in addition to idle points of conventional engines with similar meaning, has important significance on the dynamic control of hybrid system. Through analysis and experiments to determine the zero torque point, the paper tries to a method to determine the zero torque point of diesel-electric hybrid system, and provide the basis for the quick starting and dynamic trajectory optimization of hybrid system control.
