Abstract
The concept and model of fuze virtual test system are presented on the basis of a detailed study of the virtual test technology combining the characteristics of electromechanical fuzes. The system is built through secondary development in the framework of existing CAD, CAE software. According to the requirement of fuze virtual test, the system is divided into six functional modules, and the design scheme, program structure of each module and interfaces standard among modules are also described. The fuze virtual prototype with random deviations can be established by the built fuze virtual test system, and the simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of fuzes can be preceded under the system platform to achieve the purpose of optimal design and performance evaluation of fuze institutions.
