Abstract

As an important guidance part for the laser guided weapon, the characteristic and performance of the laser seeker have influence on dynamic performance and guidance accuracy. In this paper, an experiment system, which is made up of laser object simulator, three-axis flight simulator and real-time simulation computer, is proposed. It is used to test view field, blind zone, detect threshold and tracking velocity for both aerodynamically stabilized seeker and proportional seeker. For laser aerodynamically stabilized seeker and laser proportional seeker, their hard-ware-in the loop simulation similitude, basic principle and experiment scheme are discussed in detail from their geometric similarity, physical similarity, system components, signal type and instrument installment. The scheme is not only utilized into hardware testing but in hardware-in-the-loop simulation. The results show that the testing and simulation method given in this paper is an effective and economical for laser guidance seeker.
