N2 - With navigation information incompleteness in this paper, the navigation method with signals of opportunity (SOOP) and satellite-based navigation is presented. SOOP navigation assist GPS as a new positioning technology is applied for the complex low airspace, supporting aviation emergency rescue in the complex low airspace as the core technology. The SOOP distribution model based random waypoint and random direction is presented, separately applied for the two emergency rescue tasks for airplanes in the complex low airspace, the search task and the rescue task. Then the distribution trait of SOOP relative to airplanes is analyzed.
