Abstract
The LATGS-PVDF pyroelectric composite films were developed, and their dielectric and pyroelectric properties were analyzed. An intense polarizing electric field was adopted in the period of film formation to force the inner bias electric field of LATGS grains to turn to the direction of the polarizing electric field. In this way, the LATGS-PVDF composite films may have a good pyroelectric property and will not be depolarized. By using this technique, composite film detectors were developed whose D (500K, 10Hz) reached as high as 1.12×108 cm.Hz1/2/W.
