Abstract

Facing the RD process of group enterprises, the substitutability of renewable resources is introduced into the resource-constrained multi-project scheduling problem, and a resource-constrained multi-project scheduling problem model considering the substitutability of resources is established. Ant colony optimization (ACO) is used to solve the model. By using the series schedule generation scheme (SSGS) and conflict resolution strategy, the efficiency of ACO is improved. The network example shows that the mathematical optimization model considering resource substitutability is closer to the actual management process of enterprise RD projects, and the model can effectively shorten the total construction period of multi-projects and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
