Abstract
The framework of the precision pre-analysis technique for product assembly process in virtual environment was proposed by using the Virtual Reality technique which is Real-time, Visual and Human-computer Interactive for the evolution trend of precision and miniaturization in the space products. This technique forecasts the products assembly precision and assistants designers to get corresponding optimum assembly process to pre-control the products quality before the actual assembly. Finally, a prototype was developed based on the framework, and the application instance was used to verify the feasibility and practicability of the techniques.
