Abstract

Due to the interaction between inertia force of equipment structure and basic input, a spectrum dip effect exists in the actual impact environment. Big error may be caused in impact assessment if this factor is ignored. The shock response analysis of multi-degree-of-freedom system and DOE (design of experiment) are combined to research the factors affecting on the spectrum dip effect. The main influencing factors and the variation tendency of spectrum dip effect are obtained. The empirical equation with multi-factors for predicting acceleration spectrum and velocity spectrum is generalized based on constructed approximate model.
