Research on outsourcing strategy choosing based on ameliorated patent measurement method

In practice, many companies fail to outsource their working process, the reason for that can be concluded to lack of scientific and reasonable outsourcing strategy choosing. On the basis of the above analysis, an outsourcing strategy analysis framework based on core competency strength and the index of labor productivity was put forward. The core competency measurement method on basis of ameliorated patent measurement method was proposed, and a match matrix of outsourcing strategy choosing was established. The experimental research by choosing typical household electrical appliance companies on the market at home and abroad was conducted. The investigated conclusion has important academic value and practical significance for enriching outsource theory and guiding the implement of enterprise outsource strategy.
