Abstract

At present, intellectual property disputes of Chinese products often occur in the world. In this paper, the domestic and foreign cases of design infringement in the field of design laws and furniture are studied, and the methods of innovation in design are summarized, such as the change of overall modeling language, reasonable avoidance of functional design, and extraction of modeling elements from culture. According to the method, the children's growth desk with intellectual property rights was designed. The purpose of this study is to find a set of reasonable methods for the design innovation of Chinese products, to make Chinese products more competitive in the international market and gain higher international recognition.
