Abstract
An evaluation system of human resources risk is established, which could warn early and assess for the current situation of human resource management. And the risk factors of enterprise human resources are analyzed, from which human resources risk management indexes and risk warning value are obtained, and the scoring table of the indexes based on fuzzy integral method are determined. So, the human resources risk management evaluation system has been established, which provides a tool of improving the risk management of human resources. Finally, with the tool, the evaluation system of human resources risk management could be evaluated. And the analysis and researches on the countermeasures of the results from the evaluation are studied.
