Research on agile mobilization mode from the perspective of civil-military integration

Agile mobilization is a kind of new mobilization model, which has the characteristics of rapid mobilization, joint mobilization and precision mobilization. Agile mobilization stresses the time, economic, reliability and civil-military integration requirements of mobilization activity. Based on the study of organization conditions of agile mobilization, the mobilization process was used as a researched object, and the realization mode of agile mobilization preparation, implementation and demobilization was analyzed from the perspective of civil-military integration using civil-military integration theory and agile mobilization theory. The degrees of organization integration, resource integration and law integration decide the civil-military integration characteristics of agile mobilization preparation stage. Organization structure and mobilization process affect the civil-military integration characteristics of implementation stage. Demobilization method and compensation computation are the most important factors of agile mobilization demobilization stage.
