Abstract

Distributed coherence-synthetic aperture radar (DCAR) is a hot research direction in radar surveillance. The detection of DCAR based on airborne platforms is a more complex scene. The present article has researched signal model construction, detection error analysis and coherent synthesis algorithms. The high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) gain improvement is obtained in the airborne distributed coherence-synthetic aperture radar (ADCAR) detection experiment, which verifies the correctness of the design and the project feasibility of the moving platform DCAR system.
