abstract = "This paper presents a novel real-time simulated clutter modulation structure based on FPGA. The structure has many advantages, such as saving storage resources and multiplier resources, high efficiency of convolution operation and good real-time performance. The authors have done a lot of related works for the structure in engineering realization. The results show that the new modulation structure can efficiently complete the simulation of meteorological clutter in the case of limited resources.",
