Abstract

Basic principle, modeling method, error analysis and process design of products assembly and adjustment are analyzed. In order to improve the resolution of the imaging system and reach the theoretical limit, the off-axis system optimization method is promoted from the perspective of theory to engineering. The simulation results show that the system can meet the application requirements of MTF and other related criteria. And an engineering method is explored for real-time construction and control of dynamic systems.
