Abstract

A quantitative evaluation method of the code pattern quality was proposed for the design of the fuze setting system to solve the problem about inductive transmitting the energy and the information in the same induction channel. Through analytic hierarchy process, a mathematical model was established about the evaluation parameters such as power transmission, DC component, bandwidth, synchronization performance, the BER (bit error rate) performance and so on. According to the mathematical model and relevant evaluation criteria, the evaluation function values were obtained corresponding to the different code. Duty ratio code showed a superior performance in the energy and the information transmission. This quantitative method was validated to be simple and effective in optimum decision making for the code pattern quality through the energy transmission experiment, the simulation of power spectral density and the BER.
