Abstract

In view of the current production mode of the pulsating assembly production line, it faces problems such as high requirements for human resource allocation and difficulties in the rational distribution of personnel, Under the premise of meeting the production cycle. According to the flexibility characteristics of employees with different proficiency, a mathematical model of personnel scheduling under flexible characteristics under pulsating assembly is established on this basis. With the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time, the initial solution of the model is obtained by heuristic rules, and then the optimal solution of the model is performed by improving the legacy algorithm.
