Abstract

The progress of metallic interconnect materials used for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) were reviewed. Nickel-based, chromium-based and iron-based alloys were presented respectively, the characteristics of each alloy were assessed and the future efforts to improve the properties of these alloys were pointed out clearly. At last, it emphasized that iron-based alloys and their surface modification were the main research field in metallic interconnect.
