Abstract

In this paper, a highly specific biomolecule, the nucleic acid aptamer, was introduced into the molecular imprinting technique. A new type of molecular imprinted material was prepared by combining the high specific surface area of the magnetic nanoparticle material, the ease of operation and the ease of modification. First the silicified magnetic microspheres with better performance were obtained, and then the functional monomers, crosslinking agents and derivatized aptamers were added. The lysozyme was used as the template molecule to prepare the magnetic lysozyme molecular imprinting aptamers-nanoparticles. The results showed that the protein adsorption capacity of different materials was, from high to low respectively, the protein imprinting material with aptamer, non-protein imprinting material with aptamer, protein imprinting material and nonimprinting material. The preliminary study shows that the introduction of the aptamer to the magnetic particles can effectively improve performance of the molecularly imprinted material.
