Platform of hardware in the loop for hybrid control strategy test

Abstract

To make the hybrid system simulation more accurate and develop control strategy efficiently, a platform of hardware-in-the-loop for hybrid control strategy test is put forward. The corresponding dynamic models of a hybrid system are built. Also a driver-in-the-loop real-time simulation platform including the real control box is established. The simulation experiments for a hybrid system based on the ISG hybrid vehicle were performed. It shows that the real-time simulation system can simulate the characteristics of real vehicle very well, and get good performance.
