Abstract

In order to improve the acceleration response of hybrid tracked vehicles, this paper applies Radau pseudospectral method to solve the trajectory optimization problem of vehicle acceleration. The mathematical model of engine-generator, battery pack and electric motor is established, and the optimal control problem of vehicle acceleration time is constructed. The problem equation of state has strong nonlinearity. Therefore, the problem is transformed into a nonlinear programming problem by Radau pseudospectral method, and the numerical solution is carried out. The rotational speed and torque trajectory curves of the engine-generator set and the motor are obtained. The simulation results show that Radau pseudospectral method can optimize the working curve of various components of hybrid vehicles and improve response speed.
