    Abstract

Under the background of green manufacturing, the enterprise's innovation model and product portfolio decision-making problem had become more complicated, while most of the research in the past focused on market-specific decision-making in the context of specific innovation, with less consideration of green manufacturing background. Aiming at innovation mode and product portfolio decision dilemma of a kind of self-research and development firm under the background of green manufacturing, the characteristics of disruptive innovation and sustaining innovation and their relations with green manufacturing were analyzed in viewpoint of company's dynamic competitive advantages. The 0-1 nonlinear multi-objective decision model was built with the optimization objectives of enterprise comprehensive benefit and carbon emission. This model weighed the complex relationships between market effici ency, production costs and carbon emissions with different innovation mode and product portfolio strategy, which provided guidance for this kind of firm for their decision on innovation mode and product portfolio. A case study of automobile was reported and a comparison of optimization results for two different scenarios was showed.
