Abstract
In order to get the accurate result, one instrument to observe living cells should be researched and made. Basing on the present equipment and the appropriate design of new dark field illuminator, the research of living cells with inverted fluorescence microscope becomes success. Its work length is up to 300 mm, which can meet the need of adding reagents for living cells. The image of a living cell was given. One actual problem was solved and one bright prospect to the medical research of living cells was given.
